At Extrumer (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “We”), we take the utmost care to ensure the privacy of your personal data and to process it in accordance with the law while providing the services we offer to our guests.
This privacy notice, prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”), aims to inform you about the following topics:
- How can we obtain your personal data?
- Which of your personal data do we process?
- For what purposes and on what legal grounds do we process your personal data?
- For what purposes and with whom may we share your personal data?
- What are your rights regarding your personal data, and how can you exercise these rights?
HOW CAN WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
As a company, we can contact you, our guests, through many channels. Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through channels such as our website, call center, email communications, and social media accounts, or through other channels that may be established/created in the future;
Personal data is collected by the COMPANY within the framework of legal regulations for the purposes stated above and only if there are legal grounds such as: performance of the contract, explicit provision in the law, your personal data having been made public by you, necessity for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right granted to you; and necessity for the COMPANY to fulfill its legitimate interests and legal obligations in a way that does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The COMPANY may collect personal data from parties such as its customers, employees, potential customers, job applicants, business partners, website and store visitors, and suppliers, in categories such as identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, legal transaction and compliance information, and marketing and sales information.
WHICH OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
– To provide you with the company’s products and services, to fulfill our obligations to you, to maintain records and documents, and to comply with information retention, reporting, notification, tax and other obligations stipulated by local and international legal regulations,
– To offer you customized advertising, campaigns, advantages, and other benefits for sales and marketing activities aimed at improving the quality of services and products.
– To contact you in order to provide you with the necessary information regarding your IT requirements, system structure, the necessity of the IT support services you receive, and related services and products.
– Conducting traffic measurement, statistical analysis, segmentation/profiling, and CRM studies for sales and marketing activities.
– Measuring and improving customer satisfaction, managing complaints, receiving your opinions and suggestions regarding new services and products, receiving your problem and error reports, and providing you with information regarding products and services, complaints , and requests.
– Your personal data may be used in comparative product and/or service offerings, modeling, existing or new product studies and/or developments, and in all products and services offered to you within the scope of the law and relevant legislation governing the business activities written in the COMPANY’s articles of association, regarding the disclosure of your personal data to the COMPANY .
– To comply with information retention, reporting, and notification obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of contracts, and to perform the legal obligations to which the COMPANY is subject in relation to the use of these services.
– To manage the financial operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities, purchasing operations (demand, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), internal system and application management operations, and legal operations carried out by the COMPANY, in line with the purpose of determining and implementing the COMPANY’s commercial and business strategies .
– To review, evaluate, and respond to requests from official authorities or from you.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND WITH WHOM MAY WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes stated above;
– To the COMPANY’s business partners,
– To individuals or organizations permitted by the Turkish Commercial Code, the Turkish Code of Obligations, and other relevant legislation,
– To legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities and legal authorities,
– Your personal data may be transferred to natural or legal persons, program partner institutions and organizations, institutions with whom we have agreements regarding the sending of messages to our customers, and courier companies that deliver direct orders to you, with whom we cooperate and receive services for product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising and the realization of the purposes mentioned above, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
The third parties with whom we may share your personal data and the reasons for this sharing are as follows:
- We may share your personal data with our business partners. In many cases, third parties to whom we transfer your personal data may also process your personal data as data controllers.
- We may share your information with our suppliers. In some areas where we communicate with you, we utilize the services of third parties outside of the “Company” . This includes services directly related to sending commercial communications, managing our website, and providing our information technology infrastructure, for which we obtain services from suppliers. Furthermore, to protect the legal and economic security of our Company, we may share your personal data with lawyers. In these cases, we may transfer your personal data to suppliers.
- We may transfer your information to financial institutions. We may share your personal data with banks or payment institutions to process payments for our services.
- We may share your personal information with authorized public institutions or private individuals if legally requested to do so. We may also need to share your information routinely or upon request with authorized public institutions or relevant organizations due to our legal obligations or applicable insurance and tax regulations. For example, we may share your information with public institutions to respond to information requests from courts in the context of criminal investigations or during tax audits.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THESE RIGHTS?
As data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the COMPANY using the methods described below, the COMPANY will process your request as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page exceeding ten pages. If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee that may be requested by our COMPANY will not exceed the cost of the recording medium. In this context, data subjects;
- To find out whether your personal data is being processed,
- The right to request information regarding the processing of personal data.
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose.
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.
- The right to request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request that this correction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
- Even if personal data has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, the right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, and to request that this action be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
- The right to object to an outcome that is detrimental to oneself, resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.
Individuals who suffer damages as a result of the unlawful processing of their personal data have the right to claim compensation for those damages.
You may submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above in Turkish, in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or using the email address previously notified to the COMPANY and registered in our system, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué No. 30356 dated 10.03.2018 on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller . The COMPANY reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

- a) Your name, surname, and signature (if the application is in writing),
- b) For Turkish citizens, your Turkish Republic identity number; if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number, or identity number if you have one.
- c) Your residential or business address for notification purposes,
- d) If applicable, your email address, telephone and fax number for notification purposes,
- e) The subject of your request,

Depending on the nature of your request, you must provide us with complete and accurate information and documents. Failure to provide the requested information and documents properly may hinder the COMPANY’s ability to conduct a thorough and effective investigation into your request. In this case, the COMPANY reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be submitted completely and include all the requested information and documents, according to the nature of your request.
